The terror of a forbidden sound returns to challenge belief once again, as “Shinesaeng Ad.Venture” releases the full trailer for “Whistle”, a horror film that takes a legend and belief surrounding a forbidden sound to an even more terrifying degree. What was once merely a warning passed by word of mouth has been awakened, gradually revealing another side that no one wants to speak of, prompting everyone to ask what truth really lies behind that sound. Another spine-chilling legend awaits everyone to discover and uncover together — the “Aztec Death Whistle,” or the “Death-Calling Whistle,” an ancient object from Aztec legend said to have been used in rituals, producing a shriek so terrifying it’s believed to be no ordinary whistle. This legend served as key inspiration for the new horror film “Whistle”, whose full trailer has just been released, awakening every listening sense to the “sound that should never be heard.” As the story goes, there is one sound that no one should ever hear — because the moment it sounds, it is a signal of death… and no one survives.

The full trailer reveals clues about the calling sound, which gradually creeps into every breath, building suspense from start to finish, and turning the “whistle” into a forbidden object that audiences may no longer dare to touch. The film’s ultimate terror is guaranteed by director “Corin Hardy”, who previously delivered chills in The Nun, and this time returns with the production team behind acclaimed horror films Longlegs and The Monkey, to raise the terror to new heights, alongside a host of leading cast members.
