“HOPE” Delivers 2 Explosive Special Screenings, Plus a Conversation with “Uno Laothong”

The suspense keeps building for “HOPE”, the blockbuster Korean sci-fi thriller that takes audiences deep into a mysterious event, a strange creature, and an unpredictable fight for survival. Shinesaeng Ad.Venture has now delivered the excitement through 2 special screenings, both HOPE: IMAX SPECIAL SCREENING and a special Thai-dubbed screening, letting movie fans experience the intensity on the big screen, followed by an up-close, in-depth conversation after the film.

The atmosphere at the Thai-dubbed screening was especially lively, thanks to “Uno Laothong”, the Thai voice of “Yangbae”, and Taw Panthakit, the Thai voice of “Beom-seok”, who joined a conversation after the screening, giving audiences a full behind-the-scenes look at the Thai voice work, from conveying the characters' emotions to the challenges of bringing the dubbing into the tense, unpredictable world of “HOPE”. Likewise, the HOPE: IMAX SPECIAL SCREENING session featured a conversation on the topic “HOPE: A New Hope for Korean Alien Films” together with 3 kaiju-focused pages, exchanging perspectives and digging deep into the film's appeal after the screening.
